Liberal judicial nominee alert
Another radical lawyer has been nominated by Obama to the federal appeals court.
Goodwin Liu is a radical leftist. He is a professor at the University of California Berkeley. He maybe the most radical lawyer ever nominated for a federal appeals court.
Liu is so radical that Rahm Emanuel initially vetoed his nomination. Eventually, he was nominated and filibustered by the Senate. Last year, Harry Reid and Mitch McConnell struck one of those famous Senate deals. The Senate would vote on a number of stalled Obama nominees but Liu’s nomination would be dropped.
Obama has re-nominated Liu to the 9th Circuit. Harry Reid has now filed a motion for cloture in the Senate to end the filibuster on Liu. That motion will be voted on, probably on Thursday.
The Republicans have a habit of thinking we conservative activists are stupid. They will vote for cloture so the nomination can go to the floor, where they will then vote against the nomination. They can then come home and say, “I voted against the radical Obama nominee,” while that radical nominee is sworn in and has a lifetime appointment.
If the cloture vote fails, Liu’s nomination is dead again. This is why we need to take a few minutes today and call our senators to tell them to vote against cloture. Harry Reid needs to peel off seven Republicans in order for cloture to pass. That is of course, if all Democrats vote for cloture. Unfortunately, we are dealing with the GOP, so the possibility of losing seven votes is real.
Call your Senators today. Call their local offices. You are much more likely to get through there, than in Washington. Call today and tell your Senators to vote against Cloture in the Goodwin Liu nomination.

Any justice of a federal court has shown bias to one side or another should not be allowed to take this seat as a judge. The perceived bias of many of the judges that are in court shows that people are in the works. Trying to destroy our Constitution and our Bill of Rights. To put it simply a person who is qualified become a federal judge should be neutral minded in the way that always stick case in front of them against the conditions set forth in our Constitution and our Bill of Rights. Not in the favor of a certain political group or organization. If a nominee has shown bias in the past. He should not or she should not ever be appointed in a position of such power.
We have seen in the past at the Supreme Court level, how nominees are rented a life long-term as a federal judge have turned around and butchered our Constitution and our Bill of Rights dissatisfied favors from certain entities.

Why is this man in our White House? HE HATES AMERICA, AND HE HATES YOU, ME AND OUR CHILDREN. He doesn't know you or me, and "could give a crap" about ever talking with us. He is uninterested in our friendship or comfort. He's all for power and control. We'd better get this through our heads in a hurry, because he is making dangerous strides towards burying the America you and I love!

Beware the fifth circuit federal court of appeals nominee by Senator Landriue of Louisiana.We do not know his values,position on abortion,gun rights,homosexual marriage,etc...Why is Obama getting his nominees in Texas federal court where both USSenators are Republican?Obama supports Landrieu's nominee.Beware!
