Ladies and Gentlemen, the Teleprompter of the United States!
Obama teleprompter jokes have become legendary. It is referred to as TOTUS, a take off on POTUS or President of the United States. Obama cannot give a speech without one.
While Obama and his teleprompter have become something of a joke, spending by the White House is not a joke. The White House, according to the Washington Times, is spending $100,000 of taxpayers’ money on an outside “media coach.”
You cannot make this stuff up.
Michael Sheehan, who is a long time Democratic media guru, has secured a $100,000 contract with the White House. Hillary Clinton described him as the man who helped her “master the teleprompter.”
Great! Tax dollars are going to help provide Obama with a teleprompter coach.
Sheehan’s company has received $60,000 from the White House for consulting services since 2009. The White House has also spent $100,000 on a speechwriting contract for Joe Biden.
Over the last two years, the White House has spent over a quarter of a million dollars just on speech writing consultants.
The White House has seven speechwriters. They are paid a total almost $700,000. The Chief speechwriter makes almost $175,000 a year!
How many speeches does Obama give a year? Why are we paying for consultants, whose sole job is to make Obama look good?
America is in the throes of the Obama economy. This is the worst economic downturn since the great depression. You would never know it in the Obama regime.
As gas goes above $4 a gallon and by Memorial Day it is predicted to be about $5 a gallon, and many Americans are having to make painful decisions about spending, why are we using our tax dollars to give Obama a teleprompter coach?
How many speechwriters does one man need? We are running record deficits and have a record national debt. Our government needs to start doing some serious belt tightening.
Sheehen has a long history with the Democratic Party. He has coached every Presidential and Vice Presidential candidate as well as major convention speakers for the Democrats since 1988. Hillary Clinton’s praise of him is effusive.
The dirty secret of Democrat politics is that when Democrats get into power, part of their view of the government and taxpayers is that they exist to help Democratic politicians reward those who have helped them get into power.
Sheehan is a Democratic Party enabler. If Obama feels like he needs a teleprompter coach, let him pay for it himself. He is a multimillionaire. After all, as he has said, this is a time for shared sacrifice, so Obama’s sacrifice should be he foots the bill for this himself. After all, he is among the wealthy that he is always saying should pay their fair share.
Of course, we know that never applies to liberals, who simply want others to pay.
Meanwhile, as Congress looks for ways to slash the budget, eliminating these consulting contracts for the White House and cutting the White House speech-writing department would be a small but significant step.

GOP is lost. GOP people don't know how to expose Obama's darkside.
They are not able to come up with new facts to change the status quo.
Last February Obama went to Brazil and shook hands with a terrorist
who plotted to kill and kidnap Americans. Did you guys see one single

I have a tendancy to speak off of the top of my head,,,,I say what I think,,,& I usually do not care to be PC,,so if I offend,TS. I also have a stutter,,,what my english teacher called a "Needle stuck in th Groove" stutter. I can't ,i can't ,I can't seem to get my sentences started,,,but once I do,,,watch out ,,hahaha.
I may speak from the lip,,,BUT I also shoot from the hip,,,& I tell the truth as I see it. I do not beat around the bushes,,I do not speak in PC sentences OR Politiacal spin,,,,,,,you know,,,,,talk for an hour ,,,,but say nothing important,,,OR do NOT answer a direct question with a direct answer,,,,,you know,,,,the old Potomac 2 step.
I have been an Instructor in the US Army & a Safety Instructor to Student Bus Operators for a Sub. of the NYCTA,,,,all done WITHOUT any kind of Teleprompter.
I never went to Harvard,,,or Columbia (except to meet my niece) or Occidental,,fer shure dude. I have an AA in History,,Correct American History,,,,and an AA in Labor Relations ( yeah,,thats right,,I'm in a union,,SO) but even with speech impediments,,,I have NEVER needed to have a TP,,,I usually memorize what I have to say,,,or make it up as I go & try to stay on subject,,,usually with good results. I have a bellowing Baritone voice
B HUSSEIN O,,,on the other is a 'phony',,,he has to have OTHERS ,,,as in his 'Handlers' & 'Puppteers' TELL HIM what so say. have you ever heard him when he is NOT on the TP's???? He stutters & stammers,,,& his accent slips. Just listen to him brag to SEIU about how long & faithful he has been to them,,,& close YOUR eyes ,,,,you'll hear the difference in his accent,,,,he sounds like a Southerner (No offense meant to Southerners). He cannot speak to crowds ,,even only a few with out his TP's. SO,,,HOW did he allegedly TEACH at ANY college,,,let alone Harvard,,,,if he cannot speak correctly????

If I were the President of the United States I would never use a telepromter or have speeches written for me. Whatever I would say would come from the heart! When will we get a real man in the White House again? S***can this loser!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so disgusted with BO I can't possibly describe just how much. Let's see...how much does it cost US to pay the salaries of all his and her staffs; how much for the Czars (funny name to call his advisors); how much for all those jaunts he takes campaigning, playing golf, holidaying??? OH! but WE have to endure the pain the at the pump; (maybe just stop driving...how does that work for you truck drivers? Stop eating so much; your too fat anyway folks. Don't spend very much so you can pay the taxes to the credit card happy politicans in OUR Congress. He has discredit our prestige overseas but keeps on TRYING to BUY their friendship? That's not working so well either is it???
Oh well!! just venting a bit.
