What can we say about John Boehner? He surrenders more often than the French Army. Members of Congress are allowed to put three flags out in front of their Capitol Hill Offices. Most put the national flag, their state flag and then another, such as the Gadsden flag. Boehner has three in front of his office. They are all white flags of surrender.
Now, he is doing it again. He is going into default surrender mode. If Obama wants to fight, Boehner wants to surrender.
What is Boehner ready to surrender over this time?
John Boehner was asked if the House of Representatives would provide funding for the Obama Regime to implement regulations that require Catholics to act against their religious beliefs and provide birth control, sterilization and abortion inducing drugs (i.e. the morning after pill) without co-pay or fee.
This one is a no brainer. Boehner could hit a home run on two fronts; first for religious liberty and second for fiscal restraint.
What did we get from surrender John?
From CNS News:
At his Capitol Hill press conference on Tuesday, Boehner evaded answering the question of whether the House would permit funding to implement the regulation. His office also did not respond to follow-up inquiries seeking Boehner's answer to the question.
CNSNews.com asked Boehner at his press briefing: “The Catholic Church begins a two-week nationwide protest on Thursday against the HHS regulation that requires all health care plans to cover sterilizations, contraceptives, and abortifacients. The church says this violates their religious liberty as Catholics. So will the Republican House permit funding for this mandate in the next CR [continuing resolution]?”
Boehner, who is Catholic, responded: “I do believe that the issue of religious freedom is a serious issue and Catholics around the country--and other denominations--have very serious concerns about this proposed regulation from the Department of Health and Human Services. I believe that their protests, covered under the First Amendment, are the American way to deal with this issue. God bless ‘em.”
In seeking a yes-or-no answer from the speaker on whether the House will permit or prohibit funding for the regulation, CNSNews.com contacted his office by telephone and e-mail several times on Tuesday afternoon to ask the question again. Boehner’s office did not respond.
Of course Boehner will not answer the question. He is a gutless coward.
John Boehner has one agenda in Washington. That is keeping himself in the Speaker’s chair. That is it. He does not care about reducing spending or stopping Obama, except to the extent it either threatens his ability to remain as Speaker or if it threatens one of the big groups who support him.
Someone again remind me why the Tea Party worked so hard to get a Republican majority in the House of Representatives again?
When John Boehner as Speaker of the House authorizes more spending than Botox Barbie did when she was Speaker, something is really wrong with this picture.
A friend of mine, who is very much a Washington insider, told me a story about Boehner. Boehner was a young Lieutenant of Newt Gingrich back in 1995 when the government shutdowns happened. He says Boehner has said he learned the lesson from that 1995 shutdown.
What is the lesson John Boehner learned from the shutdown?
Never pick a fight with the President.
That’s right.
It does not matter what the President does, don’t pick a fight with him.
Doesn’t that make you feel all warm and fuzzy?
We have a leader who is too much of a coward to fight.
Boehner treats the Speakership as another civil service job. “Hey, I have the time in grade. The job is mine and you can’t fire me.”
Yes we can. We need to. We must.
We need someone who will fight, not simply roll over. The next Speaker will probably serve under a Romney Presidency. That means we need a conservative who will cut spending and advance a conservative agenda.
Mitt Romney is not going to do those things and neither will John Boehner.
We need another insurgent. We need someone willing to fight the establishment in Washington. We need someone who will fight period.
Where is Newt Gingrich when we really need him?

Regardless of which of our worse than worthless parties happens to be in charge, this is the processes of governance that we are most likely to receive from the high and mighty in Washington as bought and paid for and purchased "under the table" by Wall Street.

Dear Tea Party;
Checking predictions, I see that California, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont (Independent), Washington, West Virginia senate seats are not likely or impossible to be Republican when the November 2012 election results are tallied!
I have thought of a possible solution and would like your cooperation and guidance in getting these seats occupied by folks that believe in the principles of the constitution, limited federal government, states’ rights, individual liberty, personal responsibility and free markets.
Part of the reason for selecting these states, is I won't be told "its to late wait till 2014 to try, or I'll be wasting my vote", or other lame excuses to not get involved.
Sincerely, James Howard

Communism has "officially" entered the United States via the White House. President Barack Obama has signed "executive privileged" to not turn over our documents, the peoples documents to Congress. Move over Richard Nixon, your replacement has arrived and his name is Barack Obama, the Messiah and Ruler of the Land now know as Communist America.
The President has now shown us, the people, Democrats, Republicans and Independents that He has something to hide and was involved in this Fast & Furious cover-up. Now we all know what "flexible" really means.
