During the time of the worst President of the 20th Century, the sanctimonious fool lectured us that, “it was time for us to get over our inordinate fear of communism.”
Has the Obama regime hit its Jimmy Carter moment?
From Breitbart:
Today, the National Journal reported that a senior State Department official has announced, “The war on terror is over.”
“Now that we have killed most of al Qaida,” the source said, “now that people have come to see legitimate means of expression, people who once might have gone into al Qaida see an opportunity for a legitimate Islamism.”
The article itself describes the Obama administration’s new vision of foreign policy, which admits no enemies. Everyone, in this view, is a friend. Islamism, says the Obama administration, is just fine, so long as it does not openly support terrorism.
Obama has created the brave new Middle East – a Middle East that assumes that every human heart has the desire to vote, but not to be truly free; a Middle East that oppresses women and gays and minorities, but pretends at liberalism; a Middle East that despises America but hides that hate behind a façade of multiculturalism, even as it disposes of its internal dissenters.
In truth, Obama isn’t declaring an end to the war on terror – terrorism continues unabated each day in Egypt and the Palestinian territories and Iraq and Afghanistan and Sudan and Yemen and Syria and Lebanon and a dozen other hotspots around the globe. Obama is truly declaring an end to the war on Islamism. He has made his peace; he has surrendered. In doing so, he has condemned broad swaths of the world to darkness, and more immediately, he has condemned America to a defensive position in the world. Now there is no proactive America shaping the world to her own ends. Now there is only an atomistic world, a series of billiard balls, in which America waits to be struck before bouncing back.
Could someone please explain how this fool got into the Presidency? Oh wait, I remember, the Republicans nominated a bigger fool.
While I had a lot of disagreements with George Bush, he was at least willing to defend the United States. Bush, like Obama, would not identify our enemy as Islam.
Islam is the evil we are destined to face as the generation before us faced Nazism and Communism.
Unfortunately, America has no greatest generation to arise now. We have a society that is increasingly composed of takers not makers and we have leaders in Washington who no longer believe in the greatness of America. We have one of our two major parties that believes we are the enemy and we should do nothing to make America great or even defend ourselves against aggression.
This is only one of Obama’s Jimmy Carter moments.
At least Carter can rest easy that he is no longer the worst President in American history.

Islam is not a religion it is a movement for world domination, the elimination of "MISFITS" and subservience of women.
Islam is uncompromising and has been at war with the rest of the world since inception.

Permalink Reply by Mike NQR on April 27, 2012 at 8:04pm True, but that occurred how many times for how many centuries? I think Islam takes the prize, if you could call it that.
Permalink Reply by Micheal McClean on April 27, 2012 at 8:36pm It happend long enough to know that one cannot call one religion "Evil" and not look at the other religion(Christianity) that did the same thing and not call them evil as well.
Oh and do not forget the Spanish Inquisition.
Kind of like the pot calling the kettle black.
Permalink Reply by Thomas Angle on April 27, 2012 at 9:09pm The difference is Christianity does not command the spread of Christianity by the sword (it is exactly the opposite). Islam does. I believe the Crusades where in response to the attacked by the followers of islam. The Inquisitions have no biblical basis. Also was committed by the catholic church, not the Christians.
You should read up before bashing.
Permalink Reply by Ginny Marriott on April 28, 2012 at 12:46pm Don't buy the lie Micheal McClean. According to Dr. Peter Hammond (speaking to Todd Friel on Friel's TV program Wretched, aired 4/24/12), 7th century Muslims began invading countries and taking over all the way into France. In the first 3 centuries of Islam (632AD, the death of Mohammed), 50% of all the Christians on the planet were wiped out by the Muslim Jihadists. The Church's heartland at the time was the Middle East and North Africa (Europe was the backwater and America of course had not yet been discovered). The Muslims wiped out 3,200 church buildings in North Africa in the first 3 centuries alone. In the century before the Crusades began, they had wiped out 10,000 churches. Bill Clinton can say that the tensions and violence in the Middle East began with the Crusades, but it is not true. They started about 5 centuries before up until about 1092-93, when the Crusades were the RESPONSE to the Muslims' terror. While we must admit that some things went wrong with the "Catholic Crusades" (not the Christian Crusades), the motive was not to get rich or for land (most went bankrupt raising funds by selling off land to take part in the Crusades). Only about 10% were horse soldiers, 90% were infantry (9,000 miles round trip, so one couldn't carry "loot" when having to carry water across deserts... basic logic and geography tells us that). It was not Colonialism...those who participated did so to try to take back lands that had been taken from them by Muslim invaders. You cannot understand the Crusades until you understand the Muslim Jihad that started beforehand and continues still today. There were some things that happened in the Catholic Crusades that were bad, but in every war there are atrocities committed that cannot be justified. Professor Madden and Professor Johnson Riley Smith, two of the greatest authorities on the Crusades say that the Crusades bought Europe time. Without the Crusades uniting Europe for the first time against a common enemy, Europe would have fallen to Islam... no Crusades, no Europe, only Eurabia! So the Crusades were a case of "Hey, let's get our land back from the Muslims!" Sounds a lot like what Israel had to do with their God-given city of Jerusalem, does it not? When was the Muslim Dome of the Rock built? The 7th century. Why? Because the Muslims invaded Jerusalem and built their Temple Mount. So the Crusades were done in RESPONSE to the Islamic Crusades and the Jews acted in RESPONSE to the Muslim invaders. Tell a lie long enough, loudly enough, and people start to accept it as truth... but it is still a LIE!

The Crusades were a Catholic response to the forcible spread of Islam into Europe.

Far more damage to our country is being committed for "Our Refusal to Executed The Rule of Law" !
Corruption from City Hall to The U.S. Congress.

He will use his OWS goons to create the conditions for martial law to be declared. Protect you home, street and block for now.

Could care less what happens to neighbors. Our forefathers gave their blood and lives for us. They must be rolling over watching spineless people who call themselves Americans. I did my part in 66-68,who will stand up now?
