Representative Trent Frank has called for Congressional hearings on Barack Obama’s caught on mic comments to Dmitri Medvedev. Obama said he wanted the Russians to give him space on missile defense so that after the election he could have freedom to act.

Rep. Trent Frank (R.-Ariz.), a member of the House Armed Services Committee, says Congress should hold a hearing to examine the inadvertantly recorded remarks in which President Barack Obama asked outgoing Russian President and soon-to-be Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to ask incoming Russian President Vladimir Putin to give Obama some "space" because he will have "more flexibility" after the November presidential election here in the United States.
Franks described Obama’s remarks as “outrageous” and an “outright betrayal of his fundamental duty as president.” Consequently, he said, Congress should seek to determine what Obama’s actual policy is compared to what he is telling the American people and America’s NATO allies.
“This issue certainly rises to the level deserving a congressional hearing,” Franks told CNSNews.com in a written response on Tuesday. “The American people and our allies need clarification of the administration’s policy on missile defense and national security in general. I know the House Strategic Forces Subcommittee is looking into possibly holding a hearing on this. Hopefully, they'll be able to find some time in the schedule for the administration to provide clarity on their missile defense policy.”
Obama has a policy on our Missile Defense. It is call unilateral surrender. He left our European allies out to dry and pulled missile defense from Poland and the Czech Republic.
The Russians have had a goal since the days of Reagan to stop our missile defense . Obama in his zeal to disarm America wants to do just that.
Does anyone believe that if Obama is reelected he will do anything that is in America’s interest?
The Obama Regime has discussed sharing classified data about our missiles with the Russian.

A senior State Department official this week revealed the Obama administration’s plan for working with Russia on missile defenses.
Prior to the president’s controversial remarks in a conversation with Russian President Dmitri Medvedev on missile defense, Ellen Tauscher, State Department special envoy for strategic stability and missile defense, said in a Monday speech to a missile defense conference that she has been working with Russian negotiators to reach “mutually beneficial areas of cooperation.”
She outlined a program of giving Russia access to missile defense tests and furthering talks she said are aimed at getting Moscow “inside the tent.”
Tausher has faced criticism from Congress for her past secret dealings with Russia that raised concerns about negotiated limits on missile defense. A draft agreement drawn up by her State Department office prior to a summit meeting last year of G-8 leaders at Deauville, France was pulled back from signing over White House lawyers’ concerns it would legally bind missile defenses.
“This could be a game-changer for European security and for U.S.-Russian relations,” she said. “And any cooperative agreement will not limit our ability to deploy missile defense systems, and it can and will be done in a way that doesn’t compromise our commitment to NATO missile defense and all four phases of the EPAA.”
Why do we even care about cooperation with the Russians? Reagan did not He simply spent them into bankruptcy. Reagan and the west stood and the Soviets were vanquished.
Unfortunately, the current President is an Anti-American Marxist who would rather see America fall than see America triumphant.

There are those that are becomming more aggressive by the day with no DOJ to bring them down. We could have fighting in the streets before the election and should it start there is no telling if it will end. Numb and nobody cares. No one took action when it became obvious that Obama actions did not fit in with our American system and let him serve, obey and continue to make our country the laughing stock of the world, all by plan. I hope were not yet too far under to crawl out of what may be ahead. There is a question that I have been hearing many times that there likely will not be an election, a war instead. Who is going to think that it will be an easy out if he looses. Fraud, Fraud, Fraud.

I learned in school that the POTUS had to be a natural born citizen. I didn't vote for Obama but I wonder if some of the people who did would have done so if we knew that Congress had not vetted the man. We have had 3 years to learn what happens when you have a person who is not eligible for the office because they do not have a loyalty to America. It's time to do something about it; especially when he is "giving aid to our enemies." He is not only putting America in danger but our allies also! He has almost distroyed this country; do you realize what more he can do by November? This man is dangerous. He doesn't believe in our laws. He expects us to obey them but he and his minions are above the law.
