The Washington Post is not exactly a bastion of patriotism, but they have now done something that not only stuns any sane person, but also should absolutely outrage every American.

The Post has a habit of hating America and wanting to promote almost any group that hates America too.  This one is really over the top.

The Post gave some space in their outlook section to allow a jihadist, who has been released from GITMO to complain that America is making war against those who want to destroy America.

Moazzem Begg, the jihadist the Post thinks America should listen to, has a website and he put on the front page of his website a photoshopped image of a murdered Barack Obama.   The image is a part of a “satire.”   The image was associated with a blog that talked about Obama as a “Christian Osama Bin Laden.”

The blog talked about how “the American war criminal Barack Obama has been killed by Pakistani security forces in the UK.”

Begg has repeatedly supported Anwar al Awlaki, who has called for Islamists to attack American wherever they can.

The Post decided to publish four opinion pieces on the aftermath of 9/11 and the death of Bin Laden. One was a 9/11 family member, one was a marine reservist who fought jihadists, one was a Muslim American lawyer who was, of course, discriminated against after 9/11 and Begg was the final op ed piece.

The Post put the obligatory, we don’t agree with all of his positions, but believe his opinion should be heard.

How about this for the Post?   Your opinion is obligatory bovine scatology.

Begg, in his piece, lauded Bin Laden as the man who made America tremble.  He said nothing about those Bin Laden murdered, while he praised al-Qaeda and the jihadists.

Someone needs to tell those dimwits at the Washington Post editorial board that being open minded does not mean you give free space to the enemy.  You do not give aid and comfort to the enemy.  That is exactly what you did.

Begg’s site is more disturbing.  There is a line that is not crossed.  You do not threaten to kill the President and the First Amendment does not protect placing that kind of image.  It is certain the expression of an idea that the President should be killed.

I have absolutely no use for Barack Obama, but until we can remove him from office by election or some other legal process, he is the President.   Placing a photoshopped image of the President being murdered is an act of war.  It is a threat against the Presidency and America.  Begg is not an American.  We need to throw his slimy butt back into GITMO and this time not let him out.

The story is here.

In reading some of the comments, I am beginning to understand how we have arrived where we are in time and space. Being 70 years of age I an saddened by what my grandchildren will never see or experience what I did in this wonderful country. The language used here reflects the deep anger that people have for their own personal situation so they lash out. As boring and "retro" as this sounds, I long for the time when people were kind to each other, cared for their neighbor and could hold conversations that were civil. This anger, in my opinion, fuels the ego of BO and his menions. They see this as completion or moving to completion of their goals to ruin America.
Oh, Jeeeeeez.......I just threw up in my mouth!
This comment was my immediate response to Judson's commentary.  The truth is sometimes as bitter as bile in the mouth!
This is just a guy with a screw loose. He is all words and if he wants to make war he will just die within seconds of the first shot. Justin, I am not one to let people like this guy get to me. He is sick individual and we look at him with that attitude. I am not talking about a helping attitude but an attitude that his illness will lead to more words and most likely insite the ragheads to do some more killing in the mid east. To the man is a sick idiot. I don't want him in America and the Washington Post should edit what they put out. This guy is not American and is not entitled to any of our rights. He is a loud mouth raghead that has no opinion worth reading. He will most likely try something. I have been expecting them to try something since the Seal Team did such a great job about a week ago. So far nothing from the terrorist on the matter except threats and talk.  I wonder if they even have sufficient leadership to conduct anything of a serious matter or nature against us. To me they may but then they need financing. Bin Laden was supplying the financing now who will finance the ragheads. They would need a lot of that in order to conduct a major raid and right now they might not have it. Let's hope not we might have civil unrest because they will be running down our streets with local radicals shooting making noise. This guy would probably be miles from any action.

BO, his minions and puppeteers perpetrated a coup on America--that doesn't make him a legal POTUS. He is not nor ever will be my president, he is a treasonous usurper, not to mention a fraud and felon on many counts.

As for the picture of Barry and the WaPo, I haven't seen it, (like the pictures of OBL), it merely reflects the nature of the enemy--within and outside this failing nation...

You seem to need a refresher course on The First Amendment.  If you think that the photo is "an act of war", then how do you define our invasions of Iraq, Afghanistan, and armed attacks on Yemen, Somalia, Libya, and numerous other states?  I may not be happy with the Washington Post, but they did a good thing by posting these four Op-Ed's.  They gave readers a chance to see different points of view and to judge for themselves what is and what is not a valid viewpoint.  If you were the editor of the Washington Post, it would be as boring and one-sided as this forum.
Where the hell is the FBI on this. That is a threat to national security.
The paper has surely Crossed the line,
It is just business as usual in America. The criminal complains because the victim trys to defend his self, her self. The criminals run and while the victim's back is turn files a false police report to get the victim in trouble.
I find it hard to believe that the politicians have the country so enthralled with their expertise and they couldn't hunt night crawlers. Teach a man to fish
all will hate me for this. but if it was in my power,, i would put obama and this jhadist in the same cell , give them one plate of food a day and a knife and a fork. may they both kill each other. my hands will be clean . birds of a feather can die together or live in prison together.

I wholeheartedly agree. An attack on the President is an attack on all of us. We may not agree with his policies and plans, but he is our President and these types of images are UNACCEPTABLE!
