Last week, United States Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry made the ultimate sacrifice for his country. He was murdered in the line of duty. He was trailing bandits in the lawless desert area of Arizona. That particular area is lawless because our Federal government will not protect the border or enforce our laws.
Agent Terry was taken back to Detroit to be laid to rest. In what can only be described as a brazen act of Chutzpah, Homeland Security Clown in Chief Janet Napolitano attended the funeral and met with the family.
Under ordinary circumstances, that would be the decent thing to do. Our circumstances are not ordinary.
Agent Terry’s father, Kent Terry told Napolitano to “wake your man up in the White House.” To which Napolitano is reported to have said, he has done more in two years than any other president. I really doubt anyone would have faulted the man for decking her right then and there.
The Terry family has justifiably complained that the government has done nothing to secure the border and by extension, Brian Terry’s death was not only needless but avoidable. They are right.
The media accosted the Clown of Homeland Security after the funeral and asked her about the Terry family’s anger over this. Napolitano said, this isn’t the time to talk about this issue.
If not now, when?
The answer is, the time is never. The Obama regime does not want to talk about this issue. They do not want to talk about the fact they refuse to secure the border. They do not want to talk about the fact they do not enforce our immigration laws. They do not want to talk about the fact they want to grant amnesty to twenty or thirty million illegal aliens, despite the fact Americans overwhelmingly object to this.
This regime does not care about what the American people want.
A couple of years ago, Democrat strategist James Carvell wrote a book, which he subtitled “How the Democrats will Rule for 40 years.” He may not have intended it that way, but his words have become partially accurate. The Obama regime does not govern a republic. It rules. It does not care about the rule of law or the will of the people. It only cares about achieving its goals. Unfortunately for America, those goals include the destruction of freedom and liberty.
In just a shade over two years, the Obama regime will be sent packing. We can only hope that a new Attorney General will investigate the willful malfeasance of the members of the Obama regime and hopefully indictments would follow such an investigation.
In the meanwhile, the blood of United States Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and a lot of other Americans is on the hands of Obama, Napolitano and the other members of his regime.
Those are tough words, but the problem is, the Obama regime does not care.

Permalink Reply by John R. Lancellotti on December 24, 2010 at 1:00pm ANTOINETTE ...Bill O'Reilly is a jerk. Listen to him carefully. He says the spin stops with him. Frankly, I think it left him dizzy. Most of his commentaries are vacuous. He has mastered the art of saying nothing. He won't take a side because it's bad for ratings. And that's his game. But everyone in the industry knows he's a nothing. Believe me. I am a former WCBS-TV writer/producer. I introduced him to the newsroom when he came to Channel Two. He was one of our weakest reporters then ... and today, the only word I can think to describe him is "smarmy." He continually talks over his guests, never letting them finish a sentence, and providing his opinions FIRST ... even though the producers have invited these people on the air to provide OTHER views of the topics being discussed. Watch him with Beck ... an intelligent commentator. Beck often has trouble keeping a straight face. And as for Obama, Napolitano, Reid and Pelosi, these people are not Socialists. These people are radicals. Or at least, they're under the influence of radicals, people like Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrne. I've said this dozens of time on this site. Does nobody hear me? These people are the puppets of the same kind of people who precipitated the college student revolt in the 1960s ... people who wanted CHANGE (does that sound familiar) ... students of the late Saul Olinsky, a revolutionary. I covered these people as a newspaper reporter back in the 1960s. They refused to serve in Vietnam then and many ran off to Canada to avoid military service. Now they're back AND IN POWER. And they're manipulating Obama, a student of the left ... a man who holds the view of his father in that he believes America is a COLONIAL POWER. This is why he seems to hate America. This is why he doesn't believe it's the greatest nation in the world. We've got to get that message out to America. And this is the only place where we've got the kind of access to the public that we need. Our work should be with the non-aligned Americans, the people who actually swing elections. When they found out how bad the health care reform was, they turned on the administration and it's radical congress, who passed the reform law DESPITE THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE. Get this idea down. Understand what we must be about or we're doomed not to just two more years of Obama but maybe another four after that. And by that time, he will have DESTROYED AMERICA. Best always, John

Permalink Reply by USARogue on December 23, 2010 at 7:19pm Hi Judson,
There are many issues the 112th Congress must address once sworn in on January 3rd and begin legislation on the 5th. Obviously the most important is the most ignored by the Obama administration, the economy and jobs. For discussions sake we'll lump these together because they are inherently related. Next will be the beginning of repealing the Health Care Redistribution of Wealth. This criminal law must be repealed, defunded, delayed, whatever means necessary as it is a Constitutional violation and an economic and practical Armageddon. The third and probably as important issue is Immigration Reform.
This issue is of monumental significance. The long term ramification of amnesty, as planned by the Liberal Progressives, is economic and social collapse. Economically this will open the flood gates to anyone who can manipulate the system that this administration will create to allow a massive migration of every social level from Mexico, South America and anyone else that will be able to bribe the authorities in that hell hole called Mexico. The irresponsible DREAM Act was an insult to our sovereignty and intelligence. The innumerable ways it can be abused and subsequently expanded should frighten even the most staunch Liberal. Of course it won't, but it sounds good.
Any reform must be preceeded by a complete and guaranteed secure border. Without a secure border no amount of "reform" will prevent more illegal entry. A revolving door policy has been in place for decades and the problem just continues to worsen. Now with Mexico's total police state the lure of more illegals invading our country is significant if amnesty becomes much easier to attain. It's frightening how criminal this administration is in its approach to immigration. Totally ignoring the violence, fear and murders while masquerading their agenda behind the DREAM Act. There is no desire or concern to address the escalating and deteriorating conditions on our border. Granted this has been a nonissue for the past 3 decades with patchwork attempts to control the problem. However, our economy was much stronger, much smaller debt and under/unemployment wasn't at 18%. Our current economic collapse will take years to correct, allowing an uncontrolled influx of immigrants will create continuing social and economic upheaval.
The new incoming Conservative House, improved Senate positions, gubernatorial majority, increased State level controls, public opinion favoring a non-amnesty solution and our energized influence must be exploited. We must legislate a non-amnesty reform of immigration with improved Federal laws, enforcement and cooperation to seal our border. The Liberal Progressives will try to make this all about them and their faux compassion. Our increased and supported agenda's will be much easier to implement as a Conservative Constitutional position to create a real solution to a very important and influential issue to carry into the 2012 election.
Permalink Reply by John R. Lancellotti on December 26, 2010 at 8:07am I'd like to express my condolences to the Terry Family for their loss. Also, I'd like to thank the family for their son's sacrifice while trying to keep my family and myself safe from the people who attacked him at our Nations' border.
Mr. Terry showed class and grace by not interacrting further with Napolitano after her response to him.
However, Napolitano on the other hand proceeded to defend the undefendable position the White House takes on the border issues... this is CLASSLESS!!!
She further proves the case of which we are ALL well aware...she lacks the knowledge & skill needed to combat the border problems.
