Pop quiz: How much hate can two liberals muster?
If the liberals are Keith Olbermann and Janeane Garofalo, quite a lot.
While speaking with Keith Olbermann on his latest incarnation of Countdown, now on Al Gore's Current network, Garofalo continued to insist the Tea Party was racist.
The Daily Caller reported she wasn't happy that some still "despised her" after she called the Tea Party "a bunch of teabagging rednecks" in 2009.
“I do not enjoy when people don’t like me,” Garofalo said. “I would prefer to be well like in any and all situations. And I also feel it’s quite unjust to be punished for calling racism ‘racism.’ And I don’t know why so few people, especially back then a couple of years ago were willing to say that word.”
Note to the clueless Garofalo: This is what you get when you smear millions of hard-working Americans with such highly offensive sexual insults and false charges of racism.
In the same 2009 interview - ironically, also with Keith Olbermann, who at the time was the face of hate at the network of insane liberal hate - she falsely accused the Tea Party of being racist simply because they disagree with Barack Obama.
"This is about hating a black man in the White House. This is racism straight up," Garofalo said, according to Newsbusters.
Garofalo, of course, has no proof the Tea Party is racist, but being an unhinged liberal, she doesn't need any.
Olbermann agreed with Garofalo's assertion. According to the Daily Caller, he "said it is impossible to imagine any other reason other than racism inspiring the Tea Party and any other suggestions like fiscal issues, health care, etc. were just disguises for the racism."
In his "mind," such as it is, disagreement over Obama's policies that are driving the country to bankruptcy and economic collapse is really racism.
It is becoming impossible these days to imagine a liberal who can make a coherent argument without calling someone a racist.
But it's easy for Olbermann and Garofalo to call Tea Partiers racists and it requires no thought or reasoning on their part.
This is why one Tea Party activist coined the term "racer" to describe liberals like Olbermann who see racism in everything:
Newsbusters' Noel Sheppard writes Saturday that radio talk show host and Tea Party activist Tony Katz told MSNBC's Contessa Brewer, "...let's talk about the racers, the people who believe that everything is a conspiracy about race."
Katz continued:
"It's Obama’s race that people want to see the birth certificate. It's Obama’s race that people don't like the out of control spending. It's not his race. It's that he's awful. The policies are terrible. ObamaCare is a lie and a failure. QE1 and QE2 didn't work. It's crazy."
