Are you ready for four more years of Barack Obama and the Party of Treason in charge of the White House?  If not, you need to get ready.  We are only one step away from that and there is only one thing we can do to stop it.

What is it?

If you are in Illinois tomorrow, vote for Newt Gingrich.

Some folks are going, oh no not again.  Some others are asking, “didn’t you get the memo.  Gingrich cannot win.”

You are right.  Newt cannot win.  He is all but mathematically eliminated in the delegate race.  Even Newt knows this.

Newt’s strategy is now simple.  Deny Romney the nomination.

This needs to be the strategy of the conservative movement.  We need to deny Romney the nomination by getting as many conservatives picked as Delegates for the Republican Convention in Tampa this August.

If Romney is nominated, Obama will almost certainly win.   Romney can only win in areas where he massively outspends his opponents.   He won’t be able to outspend Obama.  His best-case scenario is close to parity.  More than likely Obama will be able to out spend him significantly.

Plus Obama will have an energized base.  Conservatives will be out there voting for Romney but we won’t be out there doing the boots on the groundwork that has to be done.

Romney is a disaster for the GOP and the sooner we embrace the idea of an open convention that denies Romney the nomination, the better off we are.

Who can come out of the Convention as a nominee?  If we get enough conservatives as delegates we have a chance for someone who can excite the base and win.   I still believe Newt Gingrich is the best candidate out there, but if he has not been able to close the deal in the primary, the chances of him being chosen by a deadlocked convention are remote.

We need someone who will take Newt’s ideas forward. Unlike Romney, Newt is talking about $2.50 a gallon gas.  That’s something that looks pretty good as we head into the third summer of the Great Obama Depression and gas prices spike towards $5 a gallon.   Newt is talking about cutting taxes.  Romney is simply talking about managing big government.

Who could we get as a nominee?  Certainly not a Bush nor a northeastern liberal like Chris Christie.

Paul Ryan’s name has popped up some in the discussions.  He would be a good choice or perhaps we could get the convention to go really outside of the box and get someone we are not even thinking of.

The RINOs are screaming about how a brokered convention would be a disaster.   A disaster for who?  The establishment?  Certainly, it would be a disaster for them.   For rank and file Republicans and for real Americans, a brokered convention offers the opportunity for a conservative candidate to emerge.

Who is our next Reagan?

It certainly is not liberal Mitt Romney.

We need to start looking for him or her and we need to keep fighting to make certain Mitt Romney does not win the nomination.

The best way we can stop Romney is by getting our friends and family to vote for Newt.  If you are in Illinois, help save America.  In the GOP primary tomorrow, vote for Newt!

Click on my name Kristin and see how often and how many comments I make. I am on here more than you are, which is really beside the point.

I am correct that we have many articles on this administration and where they are taking this country. I didn't mention Romney or your candidate. I also know that you don't run this website. It looks like you have a problem with my disagreement on your comment, and just went bonkers about everything other than what I said.

Chime your support for your guy,

Sue, to answer your question about the latest EO, yes, there was a huge discussion about it yesterday: http://www.teapartynation.com/forum/topics/anyone-worried

Thanks for the information.  I had not looked at that link.

It sure is getting a little overwhelming on the things Obama thinks he can do.  Actually, he is right though because to date there isn't anyone in the Senate that will do a thing in response.  I am fed up with both parties at this point.  I just keep calling and writing to my rep's to no avail.  I used to get responses but not any more.

Our Senate and House candidates will be denied the campaign  weapon of Obamacare if Romney heads our ticket.

We can't count on the Supreme Court to knock it down.  Even if they do Americans will want to VOTE OUT those who voted for Obamacare if our candidates can articulate the horrors of it.  With Romney leading the ticket they lose and we get Obamacare.

Romney says he will repeal Obamacare but has never criticized ROmneycare and they are the SAME bi govt takeover of healthcare...expensive, inefficient and controlling!

I believe Santorum would be destroyed by Obama in the campaign.

Newt is the only one who can go at Obama's policies and rhetoric!  He is the one who can inform Americans about the comlex and disastrous Obamacare.

We must take the Senate and hold the House and put a candidate who can survive Obama's attacks.  Romney and Santorum would be the "deer in the headlights" of Obama's glaring lies and attacks.

Wisconsin primary is winner take all April. I'll be voting for Newt. Ya see Newt is a idea man. He lays it out plain and simple. Romney speaks in general terms that will be defined later, just like BO. Years ago Earl Nightingale in his book The Strangest Secret said "You don't have a money problem, you have an Idea problem". Any one voting against Newt, then don't complain about gas prices at the pump, cause Newt gave us the solution in his 29 minute video.

If Romney is the Nominee, I will support him. I will be an adult and support whoever the majority wants.

As will I Alan. And just a note, Romney , Newt and Santorum are not the same now as they were when they were
A speaker or a Govenor. These are intelligent men! Can we hope they will have learned from what mistakes they
Have made in the past and just maybe be better for them? Also better for America and us..
I am praying for these men, we need help. Who ever is chosen will have my total support.

No other nominee that came out of a brokered convention has became our president. Newt is wanting a brokered convention? That will bruise our party.

The party has no interest in saving our country, only in saving its own skin. So to that extent they are already bruised beyond recognition in my book.

I will take my chances with a brokered convention and let the result guide whatever I must do next.

"No other nominee that came out of a brokered convention has became our president."

YET. Records are to be broken.

I do not want Romney to win either. Nor do I want Santorum. Newt is the man, however if Romney wins the nomination, he can and will defeat Obama. Every conservative, from extremely moderate to extremely radical has one thing in common; A full grasp of the absolute necessity of getting that communist out of our White House. I personally would rather see Romney get the nomination than Santorum, because Rick is constantly making unnecessary statements that he later has to explain. He's too social issue oriented.

Having said this, I would like to see an end to this primary by June at the latest. We need time to produce a movie to counteract that piece of crap that Tom Hanks just put out for his buddy, and we need a nominee before we can finish the script.

yet being outspent 4-1 by Romney, Santorum keeps winning. Imagine what Santorum could do if the base came together behind him.
