Tonight on Huckabee (Fox) I saw a story that made me feel slightly relaxed about Gay people. I recall my Liberal Aunt having an aggressive view about Gay people which scorned me as a young boy and she made me feel bad about my laughing at them.
So, as Huckabee interviewed Tony Perkins from this organization:
I heard that the building's operations manager took a shot in the arm and somehow managed to wrestle the shooter to get his gun away from him. He then COULD HAVE shot the guy / killed the guy, but GOD persuaded him to forgive the guy on the spot.
THEN, as if that's not intense enough............... at least 20 gay or HBGT (or what ever it is) organizations sent out messages to be sure the Operations manager (acting in this case at the security guard for the FRC) was OK.
The gay people being interested in the wounded gaurd / manager of the building is a GOOD sign. It shows they are (deep down) humans / Americans / actual caring people, and willing to let go of politics for a few minutes, at least. Finally. My Aunt Carol would be jumping with joy.
