There is an absolute rule of human nature.  Desperate people do stupid things.  Desperate people say stupid things.   The more desperate someone is, the more likely they are to do something that reveals their true intentions. 

 

Nothing could be truer than with the Democrat Party right now. 

 

Why are they desperate and what are the true intentions they are revealing?

 

They are desperate because they see the tsunami coming.  As water recedes from a beach before the tidal wave, the signs are there that 2012 will be such a disaster for the Party of Treason that it may take a generation for it to recover, if it can ever recover. 

 

Election forecasts show significant gains for the GOP in the House, expanding their margin.  The GOP is poised to take control of the Senate and if trends continue, the only real question will be does the GOP get a super majority in the Senate.  And the White House increasingly feels like the Titanic, inexorably sinking with nothing that can be done to stop it and no lifeboats for the socialist ideas the Obama/Pelosi/Reid axis of fiscal evil wants to impose on this nation.

 

The desperation to impose socialism on America against the will of the American people is now being seen from members of the Party of Treason.   They speak openly of the problems of liberty.

 

Peter Orszag was the Director of the Office of Management and Budget in the Obama Regime.  In a recent interview in the left leaning The New Republic magazine, he said:

 

“So what to do? To solve the serious problems facing our country, we need to minimize the   harm from legislative inertia by relying more on automatic policies and depoliticized commissions for certain policy decisions. In other words, radical as it sounds, we need to counter the gridlock of our political institutions by making them a bit less democratic.”

 

Of course, there is the answer right there.  Let’s kill liberty.  Let’s take away the rights of the people to vote, to speak, to petition their government for redress of grievances. 

 

Liberals love dictatorships.  In a dictatorship, they can just push their crackpot ideas and not have to worry about the little people complaining about a few minor details like, the ideas don’t work.  The ideas suck.

 

Their model has worked so well in the past.  History has the precedents of their ideas.  Just look at the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, and China under Mao, Eastern Europe under the Warsaw Pact, Vietnam after 1975, Cambodia and Cuba.

 

Seeing the handwriting on the wall, left wing North Carolina Governor and certifiable lunatic Bev Perdue said yesterday: 

 

"You have to have more ability from Congress, I think, to work together and to get over the partisan bickering and focus on fixing things. I think we ought to suspend, perhaps, elections for Congress for two years and just tell them we won't hold it against them, whatever decisions they make, to just let them help this country recover. I really hope that someone can agree with me on that.”

 

What Bev Perdue and the left do not want is the next election that is going sweep them out of power.  This is the moment where they will be the most dangerous.  Between the unelected czars and the left’s last desperate gasp, as they try to push socialism down our throats one last time, we face not only the time of greatest peril but also the time of greatest opportunity.

 

We must find new leaders to replace these bad leaders.  The people we select must have as an overriding belief in the idea that big government must be dismantled and we must take steps to ensure that never again is a socialist in the White House.

 

We need to remember the words our founding fathers put in the Declaration of Independence. 

 

“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,” 

 

We must make certain we have new leaders in 2012 to replace the bad leadership we have had.  We must make certain that our new leaders are committed to liberty and the destruction of big government.   Our government needs much altering.  Let us alter government before it becomes destructive of these ends and requires abolition.

I'm told by my NC friends that a growing number of folks in NC are falling in love with the Governor of South Carolina. Nikki is bringiing jobs into SC while NC's governor is fearing a conservative tsunami.

You complain a lot about the GOP.

So, which Party would you prefer?

There should be three focal points for the 2012 election:

 

1. Replace the socialist in the White House with an American who is commited to the the U.S. Constitution.

2. Capture a majority in the United States Senate.

3. Maintain and expand the majority control in the U.S. House of Representatives.

 

We will do that by getting all those in our individual spheres of influence to vote in the 2012 elections cycle.  We no longer have the luxury of "sitting out" the election in protest over some element of philosophical purity.  Once the primary elections are complete and the convention selects the candidate, we must unite behind him or her, regardless of our personal preferences.  The bickering must end in Tampa.

 

Any other consideration is a distraction.  We can dismantle the walls created by the big government advocates brick by brick once those three objectives are accomplished.

 

But the important focus in these objectives must be capturing a majority of the Senate and maintaining a majority in the House of constitutionalists. It is not enough just to have Republicans in there. They have to be the right kind of Republican.

Do you want to get hit by a red Mack truck or a blue Mack truck? Neither. A socialist Republican is just as bad as a socialist Democrat, and in some ways worse.

Do you have some examples of "Socialist Republicans" to name ?

One step at a time.  This is the philosophical purity foolishness of which I speak.  A weak Scott Brown beats a Ted Kennedy.  John Boehner may not be God's gift to Constitutional orthodoxy, but he is far better than Nancy Pelosi.  I have my personal preferences going into the primary.  I will, however, work and vote for the Republican candidate nominated in Tampa, be it Mitt Romney, Ron Paul or even Huntsman.  I won't be thrilled about it, but ABO must be our battle cry. 

 

Gaining Republican control of the Senate virtually guarantees SOME action on legislation originating from the House, as opposed to the current leadership stonewalling all of it.  Once we have control, then we can work toward philosophical orthodoxy.

You didn't state which "majority" Party you would prefer.

Or, would you just like a "Majority Mob" in each House of Congress, like the GOOOH people are pushing?

Amen!!!  Allen, we unite, when the decision is made,and maintain a united front.  Remember "ABO" anybody, but Obama.  Hopefully, our Candidates will produce a person of character, that can bring us all togehter. No matter who that is, if it is not my personal favorite, too bad.  I will vote for that person, because I know what has happened under the Liberal Left.  I greatly admired Christy"s speech.  He spoke of optimism, something we have almost forgotten, in this quagmire, of corruption, collusion, fraud and frankly treason, that we have had since Obama's been in office.  We need someone to help us come back, fight the fight, make the sacrifice, and get a tight rein on things again, then begin to get Government out of our lives!  The Man is almost becoming hysterical, and when you're in a hole, Obama keep digging. His vanity and arrogance has blinded him to the reality.  WE THE PEOPLE see clearly.  God Bless America.

In order to achieve smaller less intrusive government we must first realize and insist that government does not exist to fix all of society's problems. We must realize and insist that problems between individuals and groups are best resolved by the individuals and groups involved. We must realize and insist that government exists to preserve our freedoms. We must insist that excellence and content of character is the criteria by which we are judged.

Michele Bachmann told a crowd at a Townhall in Northern Charleston, SC, that our Country's problems are so big and so bad that it will take a miracle to bring us out of these problems, but, she said, "I believe Our God is big enough to bring us that miracle"

She also says a President Bachmann will scrap our current 4,800,000 word tax code and the IRS, along with the NLRB, EPA, The Depts. of Energy, and Education. She welcomes debate on the FairTax and the Flat Tax.

Michele Bachmann has some very novel ideas and happen to agree with almost 90%, but Mrs. Bachmann has to convince the independents that are straddling the fence. Many belive in the progressive principals until they learn how it effects them but are reluctant to embracing physical conservative principles.
