Tea Party Nation is the best choice on the National Scene, since it does not attempt to control local groups... Just brings neighbors together. From around the world, really!

You ask
"What actions can be taken at the State and local levels, to best win this election most decisively?" Using TPN, specifically?
Perhaps, for example, "Boots on the ground" work, like canvassing. Share the load between 9-12ers, Tea Parties, whatever. Plan the activities here, in the State groups. Announce events here!

And, certainly, join your State Group. Keep track of what is happening in your area.

Question: Will local TPN groups have a presence at the polls to advise which candidates are preferred?

Certainly! And a good example of things to co-ordinate with other people, other groups. Thanks, Gerald!

State laws vary quite a bit, as to distance from polling station and so on. And I don't know the PA laws.
Join the PA group, and check it out! Arrange it!

Imagine "If":

Imagine if the DOJ filed a Federal Lawsuit against one of our Nation's own states at the direction of President Palin for attempting to pass a law that would better assist AZ's Law Officers in identifying, detaining and deporting individuals who have entered the United States illegally in its attempt to assist our Federal Government in enforcing its Immigration Laws;

Imagine if the DOJ filed a Federal Lawsuit against one of this Nation's most prestigious and beloved Law Officers (Sheriff Joe Arpaio) on accusations of "Racial Profiling" and "Civil Right Violations";

Imagine if President Palin's Secretary of State presented the AZ Law to the United Nations as an example of Human Right Violations being perpetrated by the United States.

The Democrats and their "Loyalist" Media would undoubtedly be making comments to the effect that:

Illegal Immigration into this country is a National Security issue;

Illegal Immigration is costing this Nation 100s of billions of dollars in social services per year;

Illegal Immigration is a costly clog in our Court Systems;

Latest estimates have the number of Illegal Aliens in this country somewhere between 12 and 20 million;

Apparently, upholding Federal Law and protecting this country from the "intended" and "unintended" actions of Illegal Aliens is not a high priority of President Palin.

Apparently, President Palin doesn't have the slightest understanding of the Duties and Responsibilities inherent in the role of a setting President to protect and serve in the best interest of this Nation;

Is President Palin not interested in protecting our boarders, not interested in protecting this Nation's citizens, not interested in enforcing Federal Law, and not interested in the integrity of this Nation and its standing in the World;

One can only image how this will affect another woman's opportunity to be President of the United States.

This would be an enormous embracement to the United States and detrimental to this Nation's integrity in the eyes of the World as the World watched to see if the first woman President of the United States could handle the job.

So why are there not 10s of 1000s, 100s of 1000s, or millions of Americans standing outside the windows of these Democratic "Loyalist" Media Outlets such as the Today Show and others, and demanding (peacefully) that these outlets be "fair and balanced" in the reporting of issues?

Lastly, if media outlets are allowed to donate to political elections/candidates then it is apparently a problem and it needs to stop. Media need to abide by the same rules as do radio stations and other outlets in that family members are not allowed to participate in their "promotional winnings".

Well David, your comment is a bit off topic, but not completely!

That means organizing. Organizing people! This is a service that TPN offers. For free, across group lines! The only such National site to do so, with no intent to "lock in" Tea Party groups . Invite other individuals to join, and join together to plan such events!

Yeah Vern, I realize that but with good being demonized and evil being lifted up I just felt the need to blow off some steam. It's a sad state of afairs we are in. I pray that there will be a right step taken in November that will lead this country back to a We The People Nation. God Bless.

They intend to spend "at least $1.1 million and require at least 100,000 volunteer hours." TPN offers the same for free! Volunteers are needed...
