73-year-old Lois Decker was an American citizen.  She probably never dreamed her government would betray her and cause her death.

How did the government betray and kill this lady?

Shafiqul Islam, a Bangladesh national, murdered Lois Decker.  Islam sexually assaulted a girl and was ordered to serve a sentence, and then be deported.  There was only one problem with this idea.

Bangladesh refused to take their own citizen back.  At a certain level, that is understandable.  Who the hell would want this guy?

Since Bangladesh would not take him back, America released him back into our society where he went on to kill Ms. Decker.

What happens if you are not a citizen of this nation and you commit a serious crime?  After your sentence is served, you are supposed to be deported.  What happens if your home country will not take you back?

The logical thing to do would be keep someone like that locked up.  Thanks to the insane government, if you are not an American and you cannot be deported back to your home country, you will simply be released into America society where you can commit more crimes.

What the hell is our government thinking?

Islam’s case is not isolated.  All across America crimes are committed every day by not only illegal aliens, but also by those our government has ordered deported and yet are not.

One of the really good guys in Congress has had enough of hearing about stories like those of Lois Decker.  Ted Poe has authored a bill that says if a nation will not take back its citizens, we will cut off their visas.

Who could possibly object to this?

Liberals do.

Democrats object to Poe’s bill.

What is their alternative?

They don’t have one.

All they want to do is leave things the way they are.

The way things are, criminal aliens have more rights than Americans do.   Democrats seem to like this idea.

Ultimately this goes to the issue of American sovereignty.  The definition of sovereignty of a state is the ability of the state to decide who enters the state and who is excluded.

If someone is here and they are not an American citizen and they commit a crime, they should be gone.  No ifs ands or buts.

If their home country won’t take them, perhaps there are some other countries that will.  We give Egypt a couple of billion dollars in foreign aid.  Perhaps we could insist they take some of our surplus criminals.  If all else fails, Somalia does not have an organized government.

Simply dump the criminals there.

No matter what, Americans deserve protection from criminal aliens.  When is our government going to start acting like the lives of Americans are more important than the lives of criminal aliens?

When is our government going to start acting like the lives of Americans are important, period?

Can you imagine the chaos caused by several million 'illegal immigrants' upon the event we tried to deport them and their 'home' country' wouldn't take them back... a very real possibility!

Antarctica is always an option if their home country won't take them. . .since no one country in particular and yet everyone owns Antarctica. . .why not send them there! (The Antarctica Treaty took effect in 1961 and since then, no one country has had any territorial claims).

Antarctica, . . . . . . hmmm, . . . . . . ( scratching  chin, . . . . ).

holy crap, I hadn't heard about this! this is horrific! thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Kristin...  Again, we cannot rely on the Lame Stream Media reporting this information.

We need to deport them without asking will you take them back and let them execute the killer. That's what their countries would do for a convicted killer. If they don't want him they know how to take care of him.

I'm sure you were joking about dumping these criminals in other countries.  Certainly not fair to those countries.  Having said that, I do believe that we should penalize any country that refuses to take back anyone who came here and committed a crime.  Perhaps we cut a percentage of the aid going to that country for every criminal?  And make it a LARGE percentage for each criminal.  Money talks.

No I'm not joking.  This idea of not being able to exclude criminal aliens is insane.

Maybe a good old fashion vigilante hanging would do the trick.

I agree... but I don't think it's fair to penalize one country for another country's transgressions.  We should penalize the country that refuses to take back their own scum by cutting aid.  Of course, if the liberals refuse to cut visas... they'll refuse to cut aid.  Obviously the only solution is to enforce the current laws to keep criminal aliens out in the first place... and how many of them will make it across the border (with Obama's new orders) before we can fix it in January?

For crying out loud, just stick them on the next damn plane to their own country and don't tell anybody in advance.  If that country starts squawking, threaten to send them even more criminals.  Who gives a crap if their country "won't accept them" -- just send them there anyway, by any means necessary.

I agree 100% !! all this asking to return someone that came here illegally is just wrong! our country needs to get a back bone again ! If the country won't  take them we STOP sending them money and buying any goods from them !
