Back Door Amnesty for Illegal Immigrants
It's now officially summer. Most of us are thinking about vacations, baseball games and family outings, Obama continues to try and figure out how to destroy this country.
We have always assumed amnesty would be fought in the Congress. We have stopped amnesty in the Congress before. Obama knows that. That is why he is trying to bypass Congress and enact amnesty by Presidential fiat.
Most people assume, when an illegal alien is picked up by Immigration, they are automatically sent back from where they came. Wrong!
When an illegal immigrant is arrested, they are either placed in detention or they receive a citation telling them to appear before a Federal Immigration Judge. The citations are a joke as most never show up. Even those who do enter a long process that lets them stay in this country. Unless someone is willing to be deported, deportation can take a very long time. In the deportation process, there is something called a deferred proceeding. It is an option that allows authorities, on a case by case basis, to allow someone to be released into the country, legally, pending further proceedings. They can then become eligible for a work permit (the so-called "Green Card") and even start down the path to legal admission into the United States.
Obama is contemplating a mass deferral of those in the system. This would suddenly make twenty million illegal aliens legal, and put them on the short road to citizenship. Obama is doing this under the theory that 70% of those illegals made legal would vote Democratic and it does not matter how many votes he has currently lost from Americans who are appalled by this regime.
We must act to stop this now!
Take three simple steps to help stop this back door amnesty.
First, call your Congressmen and Senators and tell them you do not want amnesty through Congress and you do not want it through Congress and certainly do not want the regime to impose this against the will of the people.
Second, forward this email to everyone in your address book and ask them to do the same thing.
Finally, this needs to be pushed through the media. Use talk radio, social media, twitter and your local tea party groups to get the word out about this and to make sure that Obama does not legalize millions of illegals so they can vote for his reelection!

Ms. Brightfeather~I don't see the Tea Party "knocking down the Oval Office with threats" as you stated! Maybe you should stop being so sensitive trying to defend Mr. Obama and see the FULL picture of events that are happening NOW....let me know if you need help getting out of that bubble.

I have wrote so many senators an congressmen/women trying to stop this, along with this disclose act till my hunt an peck style typing has turned hunt an hope you find it style typing. but I think its all falling on deaf ears.
thats what I mean they try to tie us all up on these bills an not to mention the oil spill in the gulf.this junk in afghanistan. we will have to watch for them , an keep them from trying to sneak somthing even more sinister throu. GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT THAT WOUD BE.

Amnesty is another word for "VOTES" ! This administration is putting through more bills than we, the people, can keep tract of. The Illegal immigration issue in this country is so out of control, the only way we can do anything about it is by passing a strong "Immigration Reform Bill. The bill must be designed in a way the the states will have the authority to shore up its borders, call on the national guard and more troops if necessary to stop the flow.
We need a bill that will carry stiff penalties for those that are caught entering this country illegally. We need stiff penalties for companies that employ illegal immigrants. In short, we need an immigration reform bill passed that will make an illegal immigrant stay away from this great nation. We must have laws that will deal harshly with this issue and show no mercy, they have none for us, the American citizen!
Amnesty MUST be stopped. An executive order by our president is a subterfuge to skirt around congress and is unconstitutional. The suggestions given by the TPN are good one's. If we don't all unite and do something about this situation and many others that are being shoved down our throats, we are doomed as a free nation !!.
