As a Yemeni national who immigrated to America under unknown circumstances, sits in federal detention after trying force his way into the cockpit of an American Airlines flight, another shocking incident has come to light.
This was not a terrorist incident, though it certainly could lead to one.
The State Department has announced a computer glitch has voided the results of the Visa lottery. No, we are not talking about the credit card company.
The State Department annually conducts a lottery. The purpose of the lottery is to increase immigration from countries that traditionally have low rates of immigration to the United States.
All someone has to do is apply and if they get lucky they are coming to America.
Would someone please tell our government this is not the Powerball!
While with most visa applicants, there has to be a showing that someone will sponsor them and in theory keep them off of welfare. Not with the visa lottery. It does not matter if you have no skills to contribute to America or have a chronic illness that requires expensive medical care, if you win the lottery; you get a visa and a shot at permanent residency in America.
When you ask what is wrong with this picture, you need to start with the brainchild of this disaster. None other than Ted Kennedy.
We know any idea Kennedy came up with was a bad idea.
No one can forget what else Ted Kennedy did for his country. In 1984, Kennedy tried to get help from the Soviet Union to work against Ronald Reagan’s reelection effort. Kennedy wanted the Soviets to help him and the Democrats defeat Reagan and then there would be “peace in our time.”
The visa lottery is a fraud-ridden program. Just the known fraud is staggering with much of the fraud coming from such wonderful countries as, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Egypt and the Sudan. All of those countries have very active jihadist movements.
In 2005, the House voted to kill the program, but the Senate, probably at the behest of Ted Kennedy never took it up, so the program lived. In 2009, both the House and Senate voted to kill the program but it mysteriously reappeared in the final budget that was passed.
If you look at other developed countries, almost none of them have such a silly program. In almost every other developed country, if you want to immigrate, you must have money and have a desired skill.
In America, you can just get lucky, immigrate here and then who knows what. You can live on welfare or become a jihadist. There is no requirement that an immigrant offer anything of value to America.
Someone needs to tell our government the lottery is something we play at the convenience store. It is not an opportunity for jihadists to come to America.

Have you ever heard of a S*** Storm. That is when you sling bags and bags of S*** at Government.
Here is how it works. I got a ticket at 86 MPH on Interstate 10 and fined $140.00. Problem was my vehicle along with 200 others was behind side by side SEMI trucks driving 60 MPH. The deputy dog was driving a Crown Victoria with a Hound Dog standing on the radar gun, shedding fur and slobbering on the antenna. Was the Deputy Dog measuring my speed or the speed of the slobber or fur flying.
I paid the find and started the S*** Storm on Tallahassee FL. First I audited the Clerk of the Court in the County. Demanded he give me the entire data base of traffic tickets written in his county so we could do some analysis. Even the county judge yelled at me about his running a honest court. Yet he held court with the Radar Gun Certification from a Ford Mustang (remember Crown Victoria) before and the Deputy Dog log showed that the last three tickets written were at exactly 86 MPH. One being a car that was behind the Semis with me.
I appeal to Circut Court on the grounds of the Hound Dog on the antenna, slobbering and fur flying (those words but cleaner english). The Circuit Court Judge went ballistic and his law clerk was yelling at me. I advised them that I would be auditing the State of Florida Traffic Ticket Revenue in their coffers.
I did that and hit paydirt on the first inquiry including being handed a complete Audit Report which showed $350,000,000.00 missing from the till between 1993 and 1997.
The S*** Storm lasted five years. Everytime I sent a notice to the state it was to the Governor, Attorney General, Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Florida Law Enforcement and Auditor General. It did not take long until they were fighting one another and not me. I had won the fight at this point. Say 2 Years into the dog fight (S*** Storm).
Montiored it for 3 more years to be sure that they implemented the correct laws and procedures that all dollars put into State tills was audited and accounted for. That cost the State of Florida over $10,000,000 to fix a $140.00 problem (if they had refunded my $140 + cost I would have quit 5 years earlier).
Now that was one bit S*** Storm in Florida including interface with the Governor and the Attorney General.
I had one hell of a lot of fun doing the Storm.
Would any of you join with me to start a S*** Storm on Washington House and Senate.
Pollitically correct requires that S*** roll down hill because of gravity. S*** must roll up hill this time. Why up hill. Because Congress sits up near the top of the hill. We need to cause a S*** Storm to hit Washington that will make the current Mississippi Flood look like Gene Kelly dancing in the rain with Debbie Reynolds.
We the People must start our demands for Political Evaluatioin of our Homeland Security and TSA, Immigration Officials, and Place Holder the idiot. (Janet Napolitano has truly revealed that she is a major league idiot; and so has the Immigration CZAR). Napolitano said she wants to improve data-sharing among local, state and federal facilities. It seems that no one knows how to get the TSA, Homeland Security, AGO, and Immigration together to discuss the issue. This would be the focus of the Storm. Of course the eligibility and crimes committeed by Obama that leads to a lot of the immigration problem naturally surface in the S*** Storm.
Letter Writing is the best choice. You see, when Government Employees receive something on paper and in writing it becomes a permanent part of the American History. They know that and they do not want a flood of it.
A phone call can be sluffed off since you are not looking the person you are talking with in the eye!
So, we flood them. Apparently getting a member from every House District in the United States to address the SS (S...Storm) to their Representatives seems to scare people. We have to do the same for the Senate.
Are we worried about pissing them off. No, that is the primary objective. Once they realize the SS is rolling up hill, where they set they will start acting. Fortunately we have Freshment that probably would like the help of a S*** Storm in Congress.
Takers, please post a notice that you are in and i will draft a SS letter to all Representatives, the Senate, and anyone else you want to send it too.
An example of the letter is similar to what we sent to the House, Senate, and ABERCROMBIE (and all Hawaii House and Senate members --- see attached. )

We have also had truck drivers deliver similar letters across the nation to get to fellow truckers and off to Washington.
The best ever response was from a Hawaiian Congressman who said, "Holly Sh**, I didn't know that we were that bad" - ref the Abercrombie letter attached.
We did get results because we opened eyes.

What is our current annual legal immigration into this country? If it still remains in the area of one million annually, why isnt this the perfect time to return it to 250,000 area from past years? Why even allow one muslim into this country? that question isnt intended to be a racial comment but each one comes with a much higher risk than from any other group. That coupled with a blatantly incompetent Home security administrator are creating huge risks for legal citizens of this country. It is far overdue to call the HSA chief to a hearing and demand answers and broadcast those answers to the citizens of this country. This woman doesnt answer questions and in the past that has satisfied those questioning her. NO MORE.
Other questions that I as a life long citizen and taxpayer have. I need to know why the department of energy whose sole purpose was to reduce our dependency on foreign oil and has accomplished exactly the opposite is funded each year. I personally want the funding stopped and that department/bureaucracy to dry up and blow away. Please explain to me the rationale for the current justice department to enforce only the laws that they chose and when summoned to a hearing the Attorney General doesnt have answers and that is allowed to stand by these committees. If the untalented, incompetent, serial liar who runs that department isnt immediately fired explain to me why. As the department of Education grows annually in costs while the scores of our students drops to third world levels we continue to fund this department whose work should be left to the states. Lastly please explain to me why what is called failure in private industry is rewarded with larger budgets in the Federal Government.
