Ann Coulter and Laura Ingraham: Palin's Not Electable
Last night, Ann Coulter was a guest on the O'Reilly Factor with guest host, Laura Ingraham. During their exchange, the both seemed to agree that Sarah Palin was unelectable and pointed to her unfavorable rating among Republicans.
Ann Coulter also slipped in a zinger against Palin's supporters when she said, "I used to love Palin because of her enemies and now I dislike her because of her supporters."
What really gets me about these too is that they don't even like Rick Perry. Coulter goes after him on his immigration stance, but apparently they both love Romney and we all know how Coulter feels about New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.
Those two think moderates are great, but someone like Perry is bad because of his views on illegal immigration? Do they think Romney and Christie would be better?
I used to love Ann Coulter. I thought she was a female Rush Limbaugh. However, over the past two years, she has increasingly seemed like a pro-establishment moderate who is closer in thinking to John McCain, then Sarah Palin or Michelle Bachmann.
It would seem Laura Ingraham is in that boat as well.
Watch the video and let me know what you think.

Permalink Reply by Nora Simon on September 8, 2011 at 9:28am How, exactly, is she or anyone "making excuses" for Palin's actual, verifiable credentials and abilities? Her abilities and strengths speak for themselves and don't need a great deal of elaboration or artifice, like for example, 0's bumbles. missteps, and misspeaks which are defended by the *open-minded* as examples of his soaring intellect that is so far above the plane of our mere ordinary bitter, gun-clinging mental capacities, that he must be forgiven his inattention to reality and facts because they are an indication of his intelligence blah blah blah.
Why is it scary that Palin has travelled to other countries? The current president, as a candidate and not as an official spokesperson for America, travelled to Germany to make his audacious, breathtakingly narcissitic "citizen of the world" speech that did not especially please our own State Dep't or German officials, mooting the entire manufactured concern over Palin's travelling rogue.
Permalink Reply by David R Aikens on September 8, 2011 at 3:49pm Let me an apologist for Ann and Laura. I too believe PAlin would not defeat Obama in 2012 and if I have to vote for a moderate candidate to get Obama out, that's what I'll do.
Just to so it's clear I believe I'm more conservative than Rush Limbaugh or Ronald Regan.
If you don't believe me read my blogs:

However, I am also a realist. You have heard the phrase " a long journey starts with a single step".
Well I believe we must take that step no matter if it is a half step or a full step as long it is in the correct direction.
