Obama’s EPA also known as the United States Department of Job Destruction and Poverty, has release new greenhouse gas regulations that will kill all new coal fired power plants in the United States.
First, from the Washington Post:
The Environmental Protection Agency will issue the first limits on greenhouse gas emissions from new power plants as early as Tuesday, according to several people briefed on the proposal. The move could end the construction of conventional coal-fired facilities in the United States.
The proposed rule — years in the making and approved by the White House after months of review — will require any new power plant to emit no more than 1,000 pounds of carbon dioxide per megawatt of electricity produced. The average U.S. natural gas plant, which emits 800 to 850 pounds of CO2 per megawatt, meets that standard; coal plants emit an average of 1,768 pounds of carbon dioxide per megawatt.
Isn’t that special.
Obama is going to fulfill his campaign promise to bankrupt coal-fired power plant and the prices of energy will necessarily soar.
Obama wants America to go to electric cars. Where is that electricity going to come from Comrade Obama? He does not want us to have nuclear power. He does not want us to generate power from coal. He does not want us generating or using oil.
Where are we going?
Are we going to back to the days where we used candles and ride horses?
Obama’s policies have given us $4 a gallon gas and now will give us insanely expensive electricity.
Where is that going to take us?
In the south, we have climate change. We have it every year. It is called summer. If you have ever lived through a summer in the south, you know it is hot. There is a wonderful product that has changed life in the south and it is called air-conditioning. It runs on electricity. Not only does it make life much more comfortable, for the seriously ill or the elderly, it is a lifesaver. Much of the electricity used in the south comes from coal-fired power plants.
What is going to happen down here?
There are a number of choices and none of them are good. Electricity may become so costly that some people cannot afford to cool their homes in the summer. When we have heat waves in the south now a few elderly die from the heat.
This phenomenon will grow with Obama’s EPA green house gas regulations. Obama lied and people will die because of this.
Of course the other alternative that Obama and the Party of Treason will prefer is rationing. We will not have electricity on demand like we do now. We will have rolling blackouts.
Do you know who else has rolling blackouts? Third world countries.
Of course this is what Obama and the Party of Treason want America to become.
Where the hell are the Republicans?
They are silent on this issue.
If we had real leaders in the Republican Party there would be a press conference and Mitch McConnell and John Boehner would announce nothing is going through Congress until the EPA repeals that law and the Senate approves and Obama signs a new law stripping the EPA of its power to issue such economy destroying regulations.
Unfortunately, Boehner is unwilling to fight Obama and the Party of Treason on any issue. McConnell has replaced the Elephant as the symbol of the Republican Party with a new symbol: a castrated hog.
Obama is bound and determined to destroy America. He is tearing down our defenses and doing everything he can to wreck the American economy.
At one point, the Republican Party was the party of Reagan and patriotism. At one point, we had great leaders in the Republican Party. Now our nation will be destroyed by a President who hates his own nation and the Republican leadership who are simply eunuchs who lack the courage to stand for anything.

Marco parents were not US citizen at the time he was born. But they became citizen later. Is that a twist in the law that we can agreed on? Marco kids are legal to be in the WH when they turn legal age.
I wish Marco parents were citizens when Marco was born and I would very much like to have him as President.

It should be plastered across the front of every newspaper in the country, and leading news on every broadcast. It should be required reading for every member of congress and the senate, and HObama should have to read it from his freaking prompter to the nation. Unfortunately, none of this will happen, and our gutless leaders in the Republican party will continue to kiss the asses of the dems, and the msm.
You know, Ray, you're right! Obama has never shown any leadership, all he's shown is dictatorship. He passes laws and doesn't really give a damn if we know about them or not. In fact, the less we know the less bother we are to him. The only time he actually addresses we the people is to tell us how bad we are. And he needs a teleprompter to do it!

Horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing is a true “game changer.” In less than two years, this proven but still rapidly advancing technology has obliterated longstanding claims that we are running out of petroleum. Instead, the USA now finds itself blessed with centuries of oil and gas.
