Perhaps it is the lawyer in me. When someone makes an allegation, my first question is, how do you prove it? What evidence do you have?
When the worst journalist in the world, Brian Ross of the totally disreputable ABC News announced that there was someone with the same name as the Aurora shooter who was a member of the Tea Party, the first and obvious question that should have been asked, even before Ross uttered his idiotic words on TV is, what proof do you have?
Ross had none, other than his contempt for the real Americans who make up the Tea Party.
What motivated the shooter?
He is not saying. The shooter invoked his right to have an attorney and his right to remain silent.
However, on the Internet there is at least some evidence that the shooter might have been a part of the Occupy Wall Street black bloc movement.
There is a video on YouTube that purports to show a screen shot taken from the Occupy Wall Street site claiming the shooter was a member of the Occupy Black Bloc movement. It also shows archival footage of the Black Bloc on a rampage.
Where is Brian Ross on this?
The answer is the faux news media, like ABC News has a narrative. Despite the large number of crimes committed by the Occupy mobs, those are never reported, including the significant number of sexual assaults.
However, where the Tea Party is involved, even though it is a peaceful, law-abiding group, the media always wants to portray it as being violent.
Let’s say you have money to bet. Would you bet the Aurora shooter was a member of the Tea Party or the Occupy mob?
Is the evidence offered in the video definitive?
No, but there is certainly more evidence there than Brian Ross had when he tried to claim the shooter might be connected to the Tea Party.
When do you think ABC News will present this evidence? It will happen only if they have no choice in the matter.
Editorial Note: I have deliberately refused to identify the shooter in this blog post. First, Brian Ross and ABC News victimized a man with the same name and he should not be further victimized. Second, the shooter should not be glorified. A number of sites are pointing out that the people we should be naming are this scumbag's victims. I agree with that and will not use his name.

We know that Loughner had a handler, so it is safe to assume Holmes had one as well. If the trail is followed, it would not be surprising to find the criminal enterprise known as Eric Holder on the other end.

I don't know in this case, but in the case of Fast and Furious, Holder and Obama authorized the weapons to go to the Sinaloa drug cartel, ammunition, weapons and immunity from prosecution.
In the case of McVeigh and Nichols in the Oklahoma City bombing, it was Eric Holder who authorized detonators, guns and money go to McVeigh and Nichols.
The shooter in Tucson was under the control of a handler who will never go to prison. I don't know in this case, but you pose a great question.

I believe it was a staged attack in the theater in Colorado ... aimed at changing the national atitude against gun control in America before the U.N. attempts to disarm Americans under international law.
Bloomberg in NYC and Democratic congressman are already calling for more gun control because of this. In my world the theatre should have been packed with concealed carry weapons allowing the the theatre patrons to end this quickly with bullets hitting this guy from every direction.
Criminals can always get guns. Wake up and realize ... that since "Fast and Furious" staged by Eric Holder and Barack Obama ... that this is just another attempt to remove guns from the hand of peacefull American citizens. Ask yourself why they are doing this.
The controlled media will never tell you the facts that are disclosed in this link below and yet they are an obvious part of the story. This man was on unemployement. Where did he get the $20,000 in weapons gear and the training that this medical student did not have ... to plant sophisticated booby traps in his apartment.

We had best have some private concerns look deeply into the Holmes background and who he hung out with -- should be at least one or two recorded events that he was familiar with.
It is with great certainty, that PLACE HOLDER will sit right their in his PLACE on his PLACE MAT attached to his rear, and do nothing. Since he controlls the OBOZO side of the equation.

Why was the appartment booby trapped - did Holmes plan to get killed at the scene.
Or did his handlers set him up so if he regained his senses, he could never tell who screwed up his mind to begin with.
Doesn't make sense.
Especially when he stood around by his car placing guns and so on until the Police arrived.
Did he expect to get shot at the scene.
I doubt that he planned his own death.
So, naturally, he would not have planned to Booby Trap his apartment.
Booby Trap was two pronged. Kill Holmes if he returns, and others in the Apartment Building that may hve recognized the HANDLERS.
Or, if Holmes gets killed, kill some more YANKS in the JIHAD that just occurred.
Of course PLACE HOLDER is not intelligent enough to direct any real investigation.
Hell fire, he could be behind the JIHAD.

Ross just added a tiny smear, and they all are now talking about it as if it had been proven.
