Washington DC March

We have secured the Marriott Metro Center Hotel in downtown DC (within walking distance of the hotel) for the Florida attendees. We have 200 rooms blocked for the Tri-County Tea Party Group. At present we have 55 rooms taken with a total of 81 people attending. The room rate is $98.00 per night for up to 4 people staying in the room. No deposits are needed at this time. At a later date, we will need credit card information from everyone to confirm the rooms. The room cost will be charged on your card when you arrive only, not before.

I will be inputing room reservations into the Marriott Hotel Block very soon. For those who are not flying in with our group, I need you to send me your dates of arrival and departure in Washington DC for the March & Rally.
Please note that functions are being planned for Friday Evening, All Day Saturday and Most Of Sunday. I am informing you of this as some events on Sunday you may not be aware of.

Please be advised that traffic starting on Friday Morning will be horrendous if not, impossible.
By return e-mail, please be sure to give me one persons name that the reservation will be made under along with your arrival and departure dates. Don't worry, I have everyone who contacted me for a room on my list, saved. I just want to make sure of arrival dates and departures due to the added events. All rooms have 2 double beds and are non smoking. NO CREDIT CARD IS NEEDED AT THIS TIME. If you need a handicapped room, please advise me.

We have also secured 200 airline seats for transportation to and from DC. The costs vary depending on what option you pick. A $25.00 per person deposit is needed by next weeks meeting, February 9th, 2010. Deposit is by check, made out to Tri-County Tea Party FLA.
